Compassionate Communication

Mediation Workshop
During the two day workshop with amazing women and Paul, he gave me tools to make my life easier in so many hard situations that I meet every day. I am working as a doula where I often find myself as a third party next to a woman, who will give birth to her child, and next to a member of the hospital staff.  Mediation for all will help in these situations.

Compassionate Communication

Relationships Matter.  As a Midwife Mediator Paul's focus is on Listening Reflecting and Verifying what parties say so that we can build effective compassionate communication with ourselves and with others. Paul’s experiences in mediation include decades or negotiating with parents of babies receiving care, with families in conflict with healthcare providers and with staff in conflict.  This led to formal family law mediation and counselling, providing mediation to parents and staff.  Mediating relationship disputes provides useful skills to resolve professional and employment relationships.

Paul specialises in midwifery and childbirth related conflicts.  Also, Employment and Regulatory law disputes.  He is available for all types of dispute resolution.
